At this time, photos are automatically placed after the answer to the question they were uploaded to. Rearranging photos across different sections of the book is not possible. If you'd like a photo to appear under a different question, you'll need to delete it from the current one and upload it to the desired question instead.
Be sure to add each photo where you want it to appear in the final book.
